I am a Senior Materials Engineer at Lucideon Ltd. I work on ceramics (advanced and traditional ceramics), Field Enhanced Sintering (FES) and Additive Manufacturing (AM).

I have a PhD from University of Birmingham, my thesis was on 'The Formulation of a Bioresponsive Ceramic Bone Replacement' and an MEng degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Swansea University.

I am interested in ceramics and their uses in all sorts of industries but particularly in manufacturing and healthcare. I am also excited to join and listen in on conversations on the wide variety of women's achievement, roles and responsibilities in STEM and how to keep inspiring the next generation of children from all parts of society into science and engineering.
